THE FINAL shipping fee is CALCULATED AND added at checkout BASED ON YOUR SUPPLIED LOCATION.
IF YOUR LOCATION IS NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH AT HELLO@jeppevidstrup.com AND I WILL ARRANGE AN ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING OPTION.
MOST ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 1-2 WORKING DAYS, BUT PLEASE note THAT SOME ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER. for products that are made to order, EXPECT A PRODUCTION TIME OF approximately 2 WEEKS. if you order more than one item they will be shipped together.
SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMES are provided as guidelines only.
OrderS will be delivered to your home adress or to your local service point. a delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is delivered or ready to be collected. All orders are traceable through the tracking number provided together with your digital receipt.
If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the package due to wrong or incomplete information, shipping and any other fees (such as import taxes and duties) that may have been added will be deducted from your refund.
JEPPE VIDSTRUP JEWELRY insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
RETURNS
Register a return
If you wish to return an item, please register your return by contacting us at hello@jeppevidstrup.com WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS.
State your order number, the name of the item(s) and size you wish to return.
Returns
'Ready to wear' Items purchased on www.jeppevidstrup.com (with the exception of rings and diamond studs, as these are custom made) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. It is of course allowed to try on items at home, but please do so with care as jewellery are delicate products. Items used for e.g. photoshoots are no longer consider unused.
Items must be returned in their accompanied packaging, undamaged as they are considered part of the product.
JEPPE VIDSTRUP JEWELRY reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
BESPOKE ORDERS ARE NOTE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
